The purchase of any products offered on Cinthus via Cinthus.com is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By placing an order from Cinthus.com you accept to be bound by the Terms and Conditions effective at the date on which such order is placed.
Resale of products offered on Cinthus.com is strictly forbidden.
Cinthus may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. To view the most current version of the Terms and Conditions click on the “Terms & Conditions” link available on the bottom left menu of the product’s pages.
Cinthus.com may be used to order Cinthus products, directly online via the Internet from the United States only. Products purchased via Cinthus.com may only be delivered to the United States and Puerto Rico, excluding Guam and all other U.S. possessions and territories outside of North America.
For each product added to the shopping bag, a summary will be displayed on the shopping bag link, including a photograph of the item, color and references, the quantity selected, its unit price and the total amount owed for your order. You should check that this information accurately reflects your selection before confirming your order. Upon confirmation, your order will be submitted to Cinthus for processing.
Cinthus reserves the right not to accept or to cancel your order at our sole discretion for any reason without liability if, among other things, the products are not available, are incorrectly priced or are otherwise incorrectly described, the customer has a pending dispute, or we have reasonable cause to believe the customer has violated these Terms and Conditions, or is engaged in any fraudulent activity or for any other legitimate cause.
All products offered by Cinthus are subject to availability, such availability varies by product and while we do our best to maintain accurate stock information, there might be cases where cinthus.com allows purchases of items no longer available. Instructions about the availability of products are provided at the time of the ordering. Cinthus shall not be liable in case of stock outage or unavailability of products. In such cases the customer will have the option to order a different item and adjust the cost accordingly or cancelling the order for a full refund.
Some items offered on Cinthus.com are subject to waitlists, that means that unusual demand for a product, especially handmade products, or any shortage in supplies cause a delay between ordering and shipping. Waitlist period can be viewed on the product page by clicking on the hour glass icon below the product name. Waitlisted products on any ordered are paid at the time of the order, and can be cancelled at any time before they ship for a full refund, and once they ship can be returned pursuant to the return policy, see below.
4. Order Confirmation
At the end of the ordering procedure, customer is asked to click on the "Pay" button, at which time your order will be transmitted to Cinthus for processing and may not be amended or cancelled except pursuant to the conditions provided for herein the Terms and Conditions. The confirmation of your order means your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Customer is then directed to PayPal where the payment via a Paypal Account or credit card is performed. Cinthus does not have access to any of the customer’s PayPal Account or credit card information, therefore no payment information is stored by us.
5. Reservation of title
The ordered products remain the property of Cinthus until full payment is tendered to Cinthus.
In case of a payment dispute, customer has the responsibility to return the received products to Cinthus immediately upon request, and to assume the risks (loss, theft, damage, etc.) relating to the delivery of the products.
The prices are indicated in US dollars and do not include any applicable taxes.
Cinthus reserves the right to modify the prices of products available on Cinthus.com at any time without prior notice.
7. Shipping costs
Cinthus offers free shipping to the approved territories, see “Ordering”, on all orders. Shipping carrier and service will be chosen at Cinthus’ sole discretion. Customer is responsible for the cost of returning items.
Cinthus will e-mail customer when the goods ship, it’s the responsibility of the customer to notify Cinthus if the shipment has not been received after eight (8) business days of such notification. Customer must notify Cinthus no later than thirty (30) days after notification.
Upon delivery, customer shall review the products to ensure order accuracy, and report any damage or discrepancies to Cinthus, using the contact form available at Cinthus.com.
9. Returns and Exchanges
Purchases may be returned: for a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the original delivery date or within thirty (30) days of the original delivery date for exchanged or store credit when accompanied by the original sales receipt (or copy in the case of a partial return.) All merchandise returned for exchange, store credit or refund must be in perfect saleable condition.
There’s no charge for returns or exchanges, however, customer is responsible for shipment costs.
To return or exchange a product, contact us using the contact form available at Cinthus.com, one of our Customer Service reps will contact you with instructions, including the address to the return center closest to you.
Upon receiving and processing your shipment we’ll process the refund or ship the exchanged item. In the case of exchanged items that are waitlisted, waiting period still applies.
