Expiration
Why do your products have an expiration date?
Our products are made with natural ingredients so their shelf life is limited, the expiration date is a safety measure to ensure you only use the products while they retain their effectiveness and remain harmless to you.

Where can I find the expiration date of my product?
The expiration date is under your product cap. You may have to remove the protective white film under the cap if the expiration date is not visible.



Waitlists
Why are your products waitlisted?
Since our products are made free of preservatives and with natural ingredients, we don't produce them until you order them, so you can receive fresh product, maximizing the effectiveness and extending the usable period once you receive it.

Why hasn't my product shipped?
The products are not made until you oder them so we can ensure that you receive a fresher and therefore more effective product every time you order, in rare occasions an unusually high number of orders could delay the process by a couple of days, but we will notify you via email if that's the case and you will have the choice to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
