1. ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES are offered "AS IS" with no warranties of any kind.
2. Our products and services can only be used by individuals, use by companies or organizations is only allowed with written permission from us.
3. Use of our products and services is non exclusive.
4. Cinthus.com reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement at any time, and it is YOUR responsibility to stay abreast of any changes.
5. Some of our products may be considered offensive by some, we're not responsible for ANY action or damages resulting from you providing our products to anyone.
6. No ownership or copyright in any Product, or in any image contained in any Product, shall pass to you

You agree to indemnify and hold Cinthus.com and its directors, officers, affiliates and representatives harmless against any claim for damages, losses or any costs, including attorneys' fees, arising in any manner whatsoever from the use of any Product or portion thereof supplied to you by Cinthus.com, or for your breach of any of the terms of this Agreement.

1. Printable greeting cards are delivered via email; you must provide your valid email address to receive the files.
2. You are only allowed to print each card up to three times. If you need more than three we can sell print copies of them, please contact us through our contact form if you need to order them.
3. You cannot archive, transmit or distribute the files in any form, please delete the files after printing the number of copies you need.
4. Selling of printed cards from cinthus.com is prohibited.
5. You may not alter the files in any form
6. You cannot remove or conceal our logo or copyright notice.

1. You can only use this comments by pasting the comment codes in the comment areas of social networking Internet sites.
2. Codes CANNOT be altered in ANY way.
3. Codes have to be pasted as a whole; no use of incomplete codes is allowed.
4. Direct linking to the images is strictly forbidden.
5. Comments cannot be downloaded, saved, printed or posted on any website.
6. Using a comment does not transfer any right to you.
7. Comments are offered "AS IS" with no warranties of any kind.
8. Comments may be removed from our server without previous notice at any time.
9. Some comments may be inappropriate for some sites; it is YOUR RESPOSIBILITY to check the site rules before posting any of our comments.
10. Some comments may be offensive to some users, use them with caution, WE CANNOT be responsible for the reaction of the person.
11. We ARE NOT liable for any legal implication arising form your use of our comments.

3. Valid email addresses are required to use the e-cards.
4. Downloading, transmitting or reposting an e-card or part of it is not allowed.

6. We are not responsible for any consequence resulting from your use of our e-cards.
7. E-cards scheduled to be delivered at a later date are delivered around 1:00 pm Pacific Time.
8. We cannot guarantee delivery of e-cards.
